Since Script&Go set foot in the UK earlier in the year, we have attended a variety of national, regional and local industry events in London, the Midlands, the South West and beyond related to the UK construction and infrastructure sector, including a COMIT Community Day.
In October we joined delegates at Constructing Excellence South West’s 2017 Housing Summit (#CESWHousingSummit) held at Sandy Park in Exeter which discussed “Challenges, Opportunities and Solutions.” We also enjoyed visiting Digital Construction W@eek (#DCW2017) at Excel in London that focussed on “Innovation in the Built Environment” that month, revealing our tablet-based construction management solution BatiScript that employs handwriting recognition technology, during the course of their visit.
Our content marketing manager, Mary Bon, was delighted to be a guest at the Built Environment Hub’s 2017 Midland’s Construction Summit (#MSSummit) held at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham and to a First Thursday Club networking event held at the Colston Hall in Bristol focussed on the need for “Change” in the industry the same month.
Script&Go joins COMIT
Since then we have attended COMIT Projects Ltd’s most recent Community Day (#COMITDAY), held in High Wycombe. At this event the appointment of Script&Go’s country manager, Faisal Hamid, was announced along with Script&Go’s membership of COMIT itself. at which Mary also gave a presentation on “How Script&Go can help the Construction Industry improve it’s Productivity.”
This month, following the COMIT Community Day, Faisal appreciated attending the Offsite Hub’s “Explore Offsite Infrastructure” event (#ExploreOffsite) in Birmingham as a guest and looks forward showing how we can meet UK market needs for increased productivity in the sector.
